We are collecting wine donations for the wine lover’s estate collection. Just bring in a bottle of wine worth at least $15.00 along with this form. One lucky winner will take the entire collection home on auction night.
Bring your bottle to the office by April 5th, 2012.
- For each bottle donated, your child will receive a free dress pass! Limit of 3 free dress passes/child
- There is a class contest – the class that brings in the most wine will get a whole class free dress pass and donuts
