Wine Collection

We are collecting wine donations for the wine lover’s estate collection. Just bring in a bottle of wine worth at least $15.00 along with this form. One lucky winner will take the entire collection home on auction night.    

Bring your bottle to the office by April 5th, 2012.      

  • For each bottle donated, your child will receive a free dress pass! Limit of 3 free dress passes/child
  • There is a class contest – the class that brings in the most wine will get a whole class free dress pass and donuts

Spring Auction 2012 - get your tickets!

The St. Francis Elementary School Annual Spring Auction will be held April 21, 2012.  This year’s auction will be held at The Vizcaya in Sacramento.  Our annual auction is the largest fundraiser for our school. The success of the event is contingent upon the help and support of our families and partners. The money raised is essential to offset the daily operating budget for our school, keeping tuition affordable for our families.   

Fundraising is an obligation for all of us, so how can you help?  You can:
  • Donate an item or a service.  Perhaps you have a timeshare or a vacation home and you would like to donate a week or weekend. Do you have season tickets to a sporting event, theater or ballet?  Donations are tax deductible.  Fill out a donation form online or download a printable form.
  • Secure a sponsorship spot in our promotional materials and program.  This can add visibility to your business and it’s a great way to show your support.  Pay online or download a printable form to pay by check.
  • Buy tickets to the event.  Easiest way!  Come to the event and enjoy great food, drinks, company, and dancing.  Tickets are available on the auction website or download the form to pay by check. 
The annual auction is a school-wide collective effort.  We appreciate any and all donations for the event.  Please contact either one of use if you have any questions.
