Auction Totals are In!
Thank you parents - with your support, St. Francis raised $47,000 at the auction, $9,600 of which will be used to replace the floors in all three bathrooms over the summer!

Thank You!
My heart is full of gratitude for the amazing show of support on Saturday. The week before was quite a challenge with low ticket sales, but then Saturday arrived and we could not be more thankful for all of you who attended and volunteered. It takes a village to put on an event this size. Thank you for coming early to setup in 90 degree heat, staying late to pack-up, for volunteering, for bidding - for making it a fun night! We will let you know how much we raised soon.
Parent and professional photographer Jackie Pinto has once again taken beautiful photos of our children at recess. The photos are available for a $20 donation. Photos albums are on display below the auction board in the entry of school across from the giving tree/stairs. If you see one you'd like to take home, pull it out and bring your $20 donation per photo upstairs to Lynda or Bonnie. The albums will be on display until May 3rd.
We are continuing to sell tickets for the Funderland private party on June 1st, 5 – 8pm. You can download the ticket form to pay by check or purchase your tickets online along with a few additional items in an online auction, view items here, the additional auction items will be available until May 3rd, Funderland tickets will be available until May 31st.

The week following the auction, you will submit a photo of your child doing an activity at St. Francis – sports, drama club, Christmas Pageant, Spring Concert, Choir or other activity. It will be printed on a 20 x 24 canvas and hung in the gym below the open sign on the snack bar for a year. At the end of the year, you will take the canvas home to keep!

The winner will be able to choose between 6 different finishes for their closet. The customer will be able to either have one of Organize It's in-home estimators come out to their home and measure their closet and design a space to work for their needs or the customer may bring their measurements into our showroom and have a design done on the spot for their closet (there is no charge for either service). The customer will have $1000.00 to put toward their closet. So, when the design is done we quote both product and we quote installation separately. The winner will be able to have the closet installed as long the total cost for the design they choose and installation falls at $1000.00 or under. Now, the customer may also choose to install their closet themselves which we offer and the closet would be cut and prepped and ready for them to install.

Kentucky Derby Party at the Rice’s - May 5, 2012
On the day of the Kentucky Derby, Saturday May 5, 2012, you will be treated to an all-out Southern Gala! The day will begin with a how-to on playing the ponies, then wage what you want on the big race at Cal Expo. Watch the event at the Rice’s house as the Rice family serves up Southern fare and mint juleps (for up to 15 adults, kids are welcome).
